To maintain safety and comply with U.S. and California law, the following items are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on Zamda. Violations result in immediate removal and account termination.

1. WEAPONS & EXPLOSIVES

Firearms, ammunition, gun parts, BB guns, knives (switchblades, butterfly knives), stun guns, tasers, pepper spray (CA restricted), explosives, fireworks, pyrotechnics, chemical weapons

2. DRUGS & CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

Illegal drugs, prescription medications without license, marijuana/cannabis (even where legal - federal law prohibits online sales), CBD with medical claims, drug paraphernalia (pipes, bongs), steroids without prescription

3. TOBACCO, ALCOHOL & VAPING

Cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, vape juice, alcoholic beverages (without license). CA law: age 21+ required.

4. LIVE ANIMALS (CRITICAL - READ CAREFULLY)

PROHIBITED ANIMALS:

- Dogs/cats from breeders or pet stores (puppy mills/kitten mills)
- Exotic animals: big cats, bears, wolves, primates (monkeys), venomous snakes, crocodiles, large
pythons - Endangered species
- CALIFORNIA ILLEGAL: Ferrets, hedgehogs, gerbils, sugar gliders, Quaker parrots
- Wild-caught animals
- Fighting animals

ALLOWED (with restrictions):

- Dogs/cats from shelters, rescues, or responsible rehoming (NOT breeders)
- Pet supplies (food, toys, cages)
- Livestock (horses, goats, chickens - agricultural use only)
- Small animals: hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits (responsible sources)
- Fish, aquarium animals (non-endangered)
- Birds (non-protected species)
- Non-venomous reptiles (with permits if required)

5. STOLEN/COUNTERFEIT GOODS

Stolen property, counterfeit designer items (fake Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Rolex), items with removed serial numbers, pirated media (DVDs, software, games), fake IDs, forged documents

6. ADULT CONTENT & SEXUAL SERVICES

Prostitution, escort services, sexual services, massage with sexual content, sex toys, pornography, used undergarments, webcam shows, adult subscriptions. ANY content involving minors = immediate law enforcement report.

7. MEDICAL DEVICES & PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

Prescription medications, medical devices requiring FDA approval, human organs/tissues/blood, COVID vaccines without authorization, steroids, unapproved health treatments

8. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Explosives, fireworks (M-80s, cherry bombs), flammable liquids/gases, toxic chemicals, poisons, radioactive materials, asbestos, lead paint, mercury, bomb-making materials

9. ILLEGAL SERVICES

Hacking services, identity theft, essay writing (academic dishonesty), fake reviews/followers, pyramid schemes, MLM recruitment, illegal gambling, money laundering, fake IDs, diploma mills, immigration fraud

10. VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS

Vehicles with altered/removed VINs, stolen vehicles, no title/registration, illegal mods (smog delete), odometer fraud, undisclosed recalls. CA: must meet CARB emissions standards.

11. REAL ESTATE FRAUD

Rental scams (listing properties you don't own), requesting deposits before showing property, fake landlords, housing discrimination (violates Fair Housing Act), timeshare scams

12. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Pirated movies/music/software/games, bootleg DVDs, jailbroken streaming devices with pirated content, unauthorized artwork/photos, fake autographs, items using trademarks without permission, cable descramblers

13. FOOD & SUPPLEMENTS

Home-prepared food without permits (CA Cottage Food license required), expired/recalled food, infant formula, supplements with unapproved health claims, dangerous diet pills, unpasteurized milk (illegal in many states), wild game meat without inspection

14. MISCELLANEOUS PROHIBITED

Lottery tickets, used cosmetics/makeup, used mattresses (health regulations), human remains, Nazi memorabilia/hate symbols, ticket scalping (where prohibited), MLM recruitment disguised as jobs, Ponzi schemes, spam/irrelevant listings

15. ENFORCEMENT

Consequences: Listing removal, warning, account suspension, permanent ban, law enforcement report, legal action
